| The Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, (right) and the Minister of Justice, Equality and Law Reform of Ireland, Mr Brian Lenihan, exchange documents after the Surrender of Fugitive Offenders Agreement between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Republic of Ireland was signed today (October 5, Dublin time).
During the last leg of his visit to Europe, Mr Wong also delivered a speech on the latest development on legal matters in Hong Kong to government officials and members of the business community, legal profession and academia.
He also met with the Irish Attorney General, Mr Paul Gallenger.
