The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. The Hong Kong Joint Council of Parents of the Mentally Handicapped, International Buddhist Progress Society (Hong Kong) Limited and The Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
