The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Ms Eva Cheng, today (September 28) officiated at the ground-breaking ceremony of construction of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd's third aircraft maintenance hangar at the Hong Kong International Airport. The new hangar is expected to be in full operation in June 2009. After the ceremony, Ms Cheng toured the second aircraft maintenance hangar and chatted with the trainees.
