The Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, visited the Wong Tai Sin District today (September 21) to have first hand information on the district's latest developments. The first leg of the visit was at the Sheng Kung Hui Chuk Yuen Martin District Elderly Community Centre.
