The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, officiated at the 2007 Directors' Forum at Marriott Hotel this morning (September 14). The forum, jointly organised by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) with major chambers of commerce and professional organisations, launches their first training programme for company directors: "Ethics-The Core Value of Leadership".
