People are welcome to visit a two-day exhibition on the Employment Ordinance and the Wage Protection Movement organised by the Labour Department in Tung Chung, starting tomorrow (September 15).
The exhibition will feature the main provisions of the ordinance, the rights and benefits of full-time and part-time workers and foreign domestic helpers, the difference between employees and self-employed persons, family-friendly employment practices and the use of written employment contracts.
Information on the Wage Protection Movement will be displayed and the related publications and souvenirs will also be distributed.
The exhibition will be held at Venue A, 1st Floor, Fu Tung Shopping Centre, Fu Tung Estate, Tung Chung, from 10am to 6pm. Admission is free.
