An Egyptian wooden mummy-board "Unlucky Mummy" of early 22nd Dynasty dated about 945 BC. Although famous for its mystical relation to unfortunate events, the name of the owner of the mummy-board is unknown. Painted on the board is a series of religious story narrating about the afterlife and the related deities.   Close
