Registered electors have until Wednesday (August 29) to report any change of address or other personal particulars to the Registration and Electoral Office (REO).
"Failure to do so may affect their eligibility to vote in the District Council election in November," an REO spokesman said today (August 27).
Relevant forms can be obtained at District Offices, post offices, management offices of public housing estates, and the REO. They can also be downloaded at the voter registration website (www.voterregistration.gov.hk).
Registered electors can submit their notifications by mail to the REO at 10/F, Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, or by fax to 2891 1180. E-certificate holders can file their notifications through the Electronic Services Delivery website.
The final registers will be published not later than September 25.
