The Equestrian Company (EqCo) is maintaining the momentum of public interest in the equestrian sport after the test event for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Equestrian Events two weeks ago.
The EqCo, in conjunction with Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited and Metro Broadcast Corporation, is organising an exhibition starting tomorrow (August 24) until Sunday (August 26) in the apm mall, Kwun Tong, to showcase the winning designs of the recent Jumping Fence Design Competition.
The winning designs from the three groups of participants feature significantly unique Hong Kong as well as Chinese characteristics.
A launch ceremony for the exhibition will be held at 6pm tomorrow. Officiating guests at the ceremony are Chief Executive Officer of EqCo, Mr Lam Woon-kwong; General Manager (Leasing) of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited, Ms Maureen Fung and Head of Sales and Marketing, Metro Broadcast Corporation Limited, Mr Alan Chan.
Canto-pop artistes Stephanie Cheng, Theresa Fu, Eugene Yip and pop band EO2 will provide music performance while entertainment and games will also be featured.
The apm mall is located at Millennium City, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon. It is accessible via MTR Kwun Tong Station Exit "A".
