     "Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning the JSEA registration:

     As the Education Bureau has announced that all schools are suspended today (August 10), the registration originally scheduled to be held today for students participating in central allocation of the Junior Secondary Education Assessment System will be postponed to August 13 (Monday).

     Parents, students and heads as well as teachers of schools should pay heed to this announcement for making the appropriate arrangements."
