The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 8) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to The Society for Community Organisation Limited, Hong Kong Kidney Foundation Limited and Taishan Charitable Association Limited to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
