Police today (August 2) charged a 26-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman jointly with one count of murder.
They were arrested in a flat on To Kwa Wan Road yesterday (August 1) in connection with the murder of a three-year-old boy. The womanˇ¦s three-year-old son reportedly choked while eating and suffocated to his death in a flat on Kowloon City Road on June 15. The woman did not make a report to Police after the incident. The woman later contacted her 26-year-old boyfriend who then accompanied her to dispose the body of the boy in a rubbish bag on the roadside of Sheung Heung Road.
They will appear at Kowloon City Magistratesˇ¦ Courts tomorrow (August 3).
