The Principal Assistant Secretary for Education (Further Education), Mr Daniel Cheng Chung-wai, tries the Qualifications Register prototype at the Info Expo. The register is a centralised online database on quality-assured whole or modular qualifications, learning programmes and providers for free reference by members of the public.
