The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (July 25) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to Junior Achievement (Hong Kong) Limited, South Asian Lutheran Evangelical Mission Limited and The Society for Truth and Light to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
