Poll cards for a Kowloon City District Council by-election on July 29 have been posted to about 8,100 electors in the Hung Hom Bay constituency.
"Those who have not yet received their poll cards can make enquiries to the election hotline, 2891 1001," a spokesman for the Registration and Electoral Office said today (July 22).
These electors should have also received a map of their polling station, a guide to voting, and a leaflet introducing the candidates.
