Presented by the Hong Kong Public Libraries of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), the annual popular library programme - "Summer Reading Month 2007", which will be held from today (July 21) to August 26, features an array of interesting fringe activities and a fun-filled exhibition "Little Dragon Town-A Chinese Cultural Tour".
