Please broadcast the following special announcement this (July 21) morning, and repeat it at frequent intervals.
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. The Welfare Fund Limited, The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong and Echo Valley Evangelistic Association for the Handicaps Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
For enquiries on the regional flag day, members of the public can call the department's hotline at 2343 2255, or SWD headquarters at 2832 4311 during office hours.
