The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Frederick Ma (centre), today (July 19) meets with two Hong Kong cartoonists, Lee Chi-ching (left) and KAI, to congratulate them on their winning of Top Prize and an Encouragement Award respectively at the first International Manga Award organised by Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mr Ma received two special souvenirs from the cartoonists - a cartoon portrait of himself from KAI and a comics work from Mr Lee.
