     Please broadcast the following special announcement within this (July 18) morning, and repeat it at frequent intervals.

     The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (July 18) is an endorsed non-Saturday territory-wide flag day, which is allocated to Yan Chai Hospital to sell flags.
