Ms Eva Cheng pays a visit to the Lam's family at Oi Tung Estate. Apart from a fruit basket, Ms Cheng has given Mr. Lam's granddaughter a toy panda. Ms Cheng has also promised to treat the Lam's family with a trip to Ocean Park. The family moved to Oi Tung Estate in 2001 upon the redevelopment of North Point Estate.
