The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has welcomed the announcement today (23 June) by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr Donald Tsang, of the appointment of Mr John Tsang as Financial Secretary and Professor KC Chan as the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury.
