The world-acclaimed Chinese painting "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" and a batch of painting and calligraphy masterpieces arrived today (June 22) in Hong Kong. These national treasures will be put on display in two phases, from June 29 to July 22 and from July 23 to August 11, in an exhibition entitled "The Pride of China: Masterpieces of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy of the Jin, Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasties from the Palace Museum" at the Hong Kong Museum of Art to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of HKSAR.
