The Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works, Dr Sarah Liao (centre), visited Yau Tsim Mong (YTM) District today (June 22) to see for herself the latest development in the district. Accompanied by the District Officer (Yau Tsim Mong), Miss Amy Chow Wai-fun (left), Dr Liao made her first stop at the Star Ferry Concourse. She is briefed by Principal Transport Officer of the Transport Department, Mr Albert Su Yau-on (right), on the future plan of the the Star Ferry Concourse, the proposed site for a future piazza, which is planned to become a focal point for enjoyment of visitors and residents.
