The Working Group on Industrial, Commercial and Professional Sectors of the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee hosted a cocktail reception today (June 22) at the World Trade Centre Club in Causeway Bay to launch a new publication on the Basic Law and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). The Secretary for Constitutional Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, officiates at the event.
