The Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology, Mr Joseph W P Wong, will leave Hong Kong tonight (June 19) for London to officiate at a reception to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the HKSAR.
The reception, organised by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London, will be held tomorrow night (June 20).
During the visit, Mr Wong will take the opportunity to meet a group of UK businessmen to brief them on the latest economic development and investment opportunities in Hong Kong. He will also visit the Design Council and meet its Chief Executive, Mr David Kester, to exchange views on promoting the development of the design and innovation sectors.
Mr Wong will leave London on Thursday (June 21) and return to Hong Kong on Friday (June 22).
