At the close of the poll at 10.30pm, 1,424 of the 4,626 registered electors of the Hong Lok Yuen constituency had cast their ballots in today¡¦s (June 10) Tai Po District Council by-election, representing a turnout of 30.78%. The poll started at 7.30am.
