The Secretary for the Civil Service, Miss Denise Yue unveiled a commemorative plaque at the Civil Service Volunteer Action Launching Ceremony cum Planting Day today (May 12) to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
