In view of the cold weather, the Home Affairs Department has opened nine temporary shelters for people in need of refuge from the cold tonight.
The temporary shelters will open until 8.30 am tomorrow.
Anyone seeking temporary refuge may call the Department's Emergency Co-ordination Centre on 2835 1473 for more information.
