The Government Property Agency today (January 5) announced the result of the tender exercise on the disposal of 40 flats and the two rooftops of Block A and 40 designated car parking spaces in one parcel at Wylie Court, 15, 17, 19, 21 & 23 Wylie Path, Kowloon (former Government quarters).
The agency received eight bids upon the closure of the tender on December 1, 2006. Having assessed the offers received, the Government awarded the tender to the highest bidder. The sale price is $410.8 million.
Details of the award of the tender were made available on the agency's website (www.gpa.gov.hk) today. All tenderers and the existing tenants have been informed of the tender result in writing.
