The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, officiated at the opening ceremony of Nan Lian Garden this afternoon (November 14). The garden was built by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Chi Lin Nunnery, and the nunnery is entrusted with managing the venue.
