The Lands Department announced today (October 20) that a residential site, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6374 at 1 Broadcast Drive had been successfully triggered for sale under the Application List System.
The lot will be offered for sale at this year's third Government land auction to be held in the afternoon of November 28, 2006, at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.
A Lands Department spokesman said that the Government had accepted the applicant's minimum guaranteed bid of $1,100 million for the lot. This will be the opening bid at the auction.
The lot has a site area of about 6,088 square metres and a minimum gross floor area of 10,958 square metres must be completed. The site is designated for private residential purposes.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (http://www.landsd.gov.hk) by November 10, 2006 when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
