With a display entitled "Striving for the Best", the Leisure and Cultural Services Department is representing the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the Shanghai International Mosaiculture 2006. Covering an area of around 150 square metres, the department's display comprises more than 15,000 plants of Begonia of red, pink and white, featuring a flock of Chinese White Dolphins leaping with vigor and vitality. The event will be held until November 30.
