The Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) of the Tsuen Wan District Office will organise a free workshop entitled "Building Management OrdinanceˇXBuilding Maintenance and Repair" this Friday (October 13).
Representatives from the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors will brief participants on matters concerning open tender procedures for building maintenance and repair under the Building Management Ordinance.
The workshop will be held on Friday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the BMRC (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
All members of the public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of ownersˇ¦ corporations, members of mutual aid committees and personnel of building management companies, are welcome to join.
