The Town Planning Board today (September 29) announced amendments to the draft Tsuen Wan Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments include rezoning an area occupied by Route Twisk Villa from "Residential (Group B)" and "Open Space" to "Residential (Group C) 1" and rezoning two pieces of Government land adjoining the east and west of Route Twisk Villa from "Residential (Group B)" to "Open Space". The Notes of the "Residential (Group C)" zone have been revised to incorporate the Notes of the "Residential (Group C) 1" sub-zone.
The amendments also include revisions to the Notes of the "Residential (Group E)", "Industrial" and "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Business" zones in accordance with the latest revised Master Schedule of Notes to Statutory Plans endorsed by the Town Planning Board.
The draft Tsuen Wan OZP No. S/TW/23 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Tsuen Wan and West Kowloon District Planning Office, the Tsuen Wan District Office and the Tsuen Wan Rural Committee.
Anyone affected by the amendments can submit a written objection to the Secretary of the Board on or before October 20, 2006.
Copies of the draft plan are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed on the Board's website at http://www.info.gov.hk/tpb.
