The Town Planning Board today (September 29) announced amendments to the draft Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments involve rezoning two areas to the southeast of Galaxia at Sheung Yuen Street from "Government, Institution or Community" ("G/IC") to "Road"; rezoning two small areas to the southwest of Hammer Hill Road Park from "G/IC" and "Road" to "Open Space" ("O"); rezoning land along the fringe of Hammer Hill Road Park from "O" to "Road"; and rezoning an area abutting Tsz Wan Shan Road from "O" to "G/IC".
Revisions to the Notes for the "Industrial" and "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Business" zones and the planning intention in the Notes for the "O" zone are also made in accordance with the latest refinements to the Revised Master Schedule of Notes to Statutory Plans.
The draft OZP No. S/K11/21 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Kowloon District Planning Office and the Wong Tai Sin District Office.
Any person affected by the amendments can submit a written objection to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board by October 20, 2006.
Copies of the draft Tsz Wan Shan, Diamond Hill and San Po Kong OZP incorporating the amendments are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website (http://www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
