The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, arrives in Hunan this afternoon (September 24) with a delegation of government officials and local business leaders on a three-day study tour. Mr Tsang is greeted by the Vice Governor of Hunan Province, Mr Xu Yunzhao, at the Changsha Huanghua International Airport.
