Hongkong Post hosted the "International Day of Peace" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony at the General Post Office on September 21. As a memento of the occasion, Postmaster General, Mr Tam Wing-pong (right), presented to The Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr Lu Xinhua (left), framed stamps and first day cover.
