The Building Management Resource Centre (New Territories West) of the Tsuen Wan District Office will organise a free workshop entitled "The Obligations of Managers and Property Management Companies" this Friday (September 22).
Representatives from the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited will brief participants on the duty of mangers under the Deed of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance.
The workshop will be held this Friday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the resource centre (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
All members of the public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of ownersˇ¦ corporations, members of mutual aid committees and personnel of building management companies, are welcome to join.
