The Director of Immigration, Mr Lai Tung-kwok (right), and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to China, Ambassador Tor Christian Hildan, today (September 15) toast the signing of agreement on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation which enhances international co-operation in combating illegal immigration.
