Final voter turnout for Eastern DC by-election (with photo)

    By the close of the poll at 10.30pm, 3,468 of the 7,641 registered electors of the Tsui Wan Constituency had cast their ballots in today's (September 10) Eastern District Council by-election, representing a turnout of 45.39%. The poll started at 7.30am.

     The voter turnout figures are for temporary reference only.
