The Commissioner for Narcotics (Designate), Ms Sally Wong, congratulates the graduates of the "Certificate Course in Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation for Social Workers/Peer Counsellors" today (September 9). She hoped that they would apply their newly learnt knowledge in daily work to help those in need.
