Attention Duty Announcers, TV and radio stations:

     Please broadcast the following special announcement this morning (September 2), and repeat it at frequent intervals.

     The Social Welfare Department announces that today is an endorsed regional flag day. Retina Hong Kong, International Buddhist Progress Society (Hong Kong) Limited and Action for Vision Eye Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
