The New Vision Arts Festival, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, will run from October 20 to November 19. The festival features a cutting-edge line-up of innovative music, dance and theatre programmes, will showcase a spectrum of cross-media performing artists from Hong Kong and around the world.
