The Department of Health will stage a new series of roving exhibitions in various districts from September to October this year to enhance public awareness of cervical screening and men¡¦s health. The exhibitions will be open to public free of charge.
Panels will be set up at the exhibitions to display information on prevention of cervical cancer, the Cervical Screening Programme and healthy lifestyle for men. There will also be video shows, booklets and pamphlets for distribution and games for playing.
Since July this year, the department has staged the exhibitions in different locations, including Aberdeen, Lok Fu, Wan Chai, North Point, Admiralty, Tsz Wan Shan and Tin Shui Wai. They have been well received by the public.
Venues in other districts have been selected for staging the exhibitions in September and October. Details of venues, dates and times are as follows:
