The New Vision Arts Festival, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, will run from October 20 to November 19, showcasing a selection of cutting-edge performances that break new ground in music, dance, theatre and multi-media crossover, bringing the audiences East-West cultural integration enriched with Asian elements.
