The Social Welfare Department announces that in addition to the traditional Saturday flag day, today (August 16) is an endorsed non-Saturday regional flag day, which is allocated to CTU Education Foundation Limited, Tien Dao Worldwide Christian Media Association Limited and The Worldwide Bible Society Limited, and ECHO Valley Evangelistic Association for the Handicaps Limited to sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
