The Director of Drainage Services, Mr Wong Chee-keung (second right), conducted a surprise check on a site of sewer lining works in Central yesterday (August 14) evening. Mr Wong inspected the sewer-lining works which required entry into a sewer manhole and found that the safety requirements were complied with.
