The Building Management Resource Centre (BMRC) (New Territories West) of the Tsuen Wan District Office will organise a free workshop entitled "Building Management Ordinance and Property Management" next Friday (August 18).
Representatives from the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administration will brief participants on the Building Management Ordinance, and compare property management in Hong Kong, the Mainland and Macau.
All members of the public, especially owners and tenants of private buildings, office-bearers of owners' corporations, members of mutual aid committees and personnel of building management companies, are welcome to join the workshop.
It will be held next Friday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at the BMRC (New Territories West), 1/F, Tsuen Wan Station Multi-Storey Carpark Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan.
