The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, greets the Vice-Minister of Communications, Mr Huang Xianyao, at Government House this morning (August 9). Mr Huang, who is leading a visiting delegation from the Ministry of Communications, praised the Government Flying Service's efforts in rescuing 91 Mainland crew members during the passage of Typhoon Prapiroon on August 3 and 4.
