The Lands Department announced today (August 8) that a site in Tsuen Wan had been successfully triggered for sale under the Application List System.
Tsing Lung Tau Lot No 68 (Dragon Villa), Tsing Lung Tau, Tsuen Wan, will be offered for sale at the second land auction of this financial year, which is scheduled for September 12 at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai.
A Lands Department spokesman said the Government had accepted the minimum guaranteed bid of $30 million. This will be the opening bid at the auction.
The lot has a site area of around 2,076 square metres and a minimum gross floor area of 498 square metres must be completed. The site is designated for private residential purposes.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (http://www.landsd.gov.hk) by August 25, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
